Policies & Shipping

Bead & Purl Ebay Store
We process orders for shipment Monday - Friday from 9-5pm EST. Please note: while we do not ship on weekends, feel confident that your order will be packed and shipped promptly during the week, after payment is received. 

Yarn Dye Lots
Unless otherwise stated, when yarn is listed in multiple quantities, the dye lots will be the same. Please be sure to purchase enough yarn to finish your project, as we sell out of these yarns quickly. Once you receive your yarn, please stitch up a gauge swatch to determine whether you may need more yardage than your pattern calls for. If so, let us know as soon as possible.

Bead Colors
Bead & Purl works hard to carry beads from around the world with unique shapes and unusual colors. Please note that Miyuki and Czech bead shipments are only made periodically throughout the year…and we are often unable to restock colors. If you see a color you love, consider buying it while available .

Shipping & Handling
Bead & Purl will calculate shipping based on your location. We will combine your orders which are paid on the same day in order to keep your costs as low as possible. Shipping is free on combined orders of $100 or more. As soon as your payment is processed, we do our best to provide same day shipping or next day shipping, depending on the time of day payment is made.
